100% silver belt from India. It is a braiding technique where between 10 and 16 silver threads are used to give consistency. It is a late 19th century antique bought in Bombay in the 1980s. In the cibella are some sort of sculpted goddesses. The thread goes in the opposite direction. The style is Rajastani. the belt is 80 cm long without the fence.
