Shippments and returns

Recepcion of the order.

Once the order is placed, it may take one to five days to process the shipment, and you will be notified by mail once your product is on its way.



We have the “Correos” mail module, so the prices will be according to the rates for spanish mail company.

Currently on 17/12/2020 prices range from € 3.28 for shipping under 1Kg within the same province to € 11.78 for shipping to the Canary Islands.

Free shipping to the peninsula from € 45 and from € 85 to the rest of Spain.

Shipments will be made to Europe from € 15 for 500g, from € 100 onwards the shipment is free.

You can always see if the product is in Vinted and so you can have the possibility of a better shipping price, although there are platform costs to add.


Changes and returns.

Changes and returns are accepted within the first fifteen days of receipt of the item. It must be notified by email to indicating which item you want to return and the reason for the return.

The cost of the return if it is for damaged item (which would not have been noted as such in the description) we take care of, otherwise it will be borne by you. What we can provide is a lower rate.

The articles must be in perfect condition and with their corresponding label or packaging in case they are new. You can request photos of the item before processing the return. They must be returned to the original box to ensure that they are properly protected in traffic.

After receiving the item and checking the status (items must be in perfect condition) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account in a few days in the same way as you paid. We may need to request additional data to deposit the money.

You can also opt for in-store balance if you want another item. The option will be given during the conversation.

Items that are not in the same condition in which they were shipped will not be refunded.

If possible, an appointment will be made in person for the transaction, thus facilitating management in case you want another item.

No refund will be made for a defect in the item that was already in the description on the website.
